The Connecticut River Valley Farmworker Health Program (CRVFHP) partners with Community Health Centers, and other stakeholders, to improve access to health care for migratory and seasonal agricultural workers and their families. The CRVFHP is a program of the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers and is offered through participating health centers and health care providers in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
